As Development Director, Chris provides a 25-year proven track record in retail property and commercial re-development. His first commercial experience was gained as Retail Surveyor at the Ratners and Sears Groups. Since then he has successfully played leading roles in the re-development/creation of high profiles sites such as "The Grand Junction Retail Park", a 150,000 sq ft retail outlet in the heart of South Cheshire, Crewe, an 80,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s, and a 200,000 sq ft Business Park.
