We have been working on 80,000 sq ft mixed use scheme within the confines of Crewe town centre. Planning was forthcoming early 2009 for a food store,and it is an important catalyst to regenerate a forgotten quarter of Crewe town centre. The site will bring this quarter to the town centre, by way of property lead regeneration. Regeneration has already begun with Tesco building a new store.
